I was just watching the Island of Man TT, its a motorcycle race of seas there that race on public roads that are closed. I watched this and I have to ask a question, how is it they are doing this, and over here, in the USA, we can't run for a whole, 1/4 mile. even 800 feet might be just too far to go fast. the motorcycles run on a course that is around 30 miles, and top out at over 200 mph. Just a fun question to throw out there.
Have you noticed that there is no F1 car race (street race) in the states anymore? This has become a country of what cannot be done.
I was once told that "You couldn't pay some do something enough to get them to do what the other guy does for fun." As I've gotten older, I find that if it can't kill you, is just isn't really all that fun.
A lot of people have been killed in that race, running through an urban environment at 150+, we just had an indycar race downtown Nashville it was awesome, shut down all of Nissan stadium and over Koreans vet. Bridge,
