My Uncle Has The Fastest Twin Engine 30' Scarab In South Florida. Boat Has Twin 260's. Boat Runs _ _ Mph :).

Yeah I know it depends on how you power them, but I want to know what people have seen or what people for fast center consoles. fastest i know of is a 38' Fountain with (4) 2.5's that'll do low 80's, but it is not a production boat.
I know it's shorter than what you were asking about, but there's a guy on here with a 25' Action center console with a pair of Second Effort V-8's that will run over 100.
i think the most popular fountain around the nc coast is the 31 foot. most people don't power them for speed usually 2 225 optis or 250 yams or the like. i think i have heard they run about 60 or so propped to fish.
that lightning is pretty bad ass whats he got for power 300X's????????
Stock 250 XS's.Its liter than most companys care to build them.It was designed by Will Smith from Phantom Powerboats and copyed by Lightning PowerBoats. :)
if you want just speed, don't go with a center console designed to fish, T-Tops, electronics boxes, live wells, bait wells will all slow you down as well as running with 200 gallons of fuel
they now make a few catamaran CC's also which run pretty fast!! most V-hulls are just under/over 60MPH
yeah, i know but its pretty fun blowin by guys in older powerboats that can barely hit 65mph with a 1000hp in the boat.
what about 39' foot midnight express with quad motors?? like the ones homeland sercurity has. i heard they do high 80s low 90s.
i havent heard about that midnight express, but does anyone know if lightning still makes those boats, and if they dont who has the molds????????????

No way, I know that the 30' Concept straight from the factory with 2-250's will do 70mph. Thats the fastest I know of without any mods or putting more than the recomended HP.
The fastest CC boat boat out there is my friends 33 Avance with tripple 300x's and the boat runs 93mph on GPS. And I the next fastest boat at South Florida is my 33 Avance. Reaction 19 the fastest 302 Scarab down here is Bow Ties's hands down.
Thats a 38', but I dont think they sell it with quads. NFA Avance, how fast is that scarab?? and you have any pics of the 33 avance with triple 300's and does he want to sell it??????

Which boat are you talking about? The Avances are 33ft and the Scarab is a 30ft.
Solid,Concept,Carrera (all made here in Miami)all make midrange(26's) center consoles that are fishable and do close to 70mph.

My boat doesnt run 93mph my friends does but I am think about selling my boat though.
