ODBA in Augusta, Georgia May 18 and 19

The ODBA's first race this season will be in Augusta, Georgia May 18 and 19. It's at the same place as the Augusta Southern Nationals. There have also been some Champ boat races there in the past. Michael Clemons, of Outback Outboards, is local to the area and has put a lot of time and effort into this race. He has a lot of sponsors and this should be a first class event. We need all of you racers to come out and support this event. Augusta is interested in making this an annual event. We would sure like to have the support of all you racers.

I am looking to it. We only have a couple of weeks to go.

That's great. I will definatly be there to support. It's always great to go to the nationals but is a hot event to stay at all day.

David, glad to hear that you are going to make this one. I hope that we can get a bunch more to make the jump. This could be a big deal for Outboard drag racing. Thanks to everybody for the support.

All classes both days as far as what classes first i would have to guess and say it really depends on who or if any one wants to run two different classes.

So what is the deal for spectators? Do they have a link online to purchase tickets or is it an open event? They don't just throw these on for free... Just want to know if its like the Southern Nationals, they wont let you bring a cooler in.
