I don't think I have the fuel for the Swanee thing either. That ramp is about 2 hrs from me. I don't know if the family unit will be ok with another 4 hrs in the car as they will be driving in from Pensacola on Saturday.

I'm guessing you guys run up the river? How far can you go? Are there a lot of "no wake zones?"Put me down for a maybe. I'm ok with the drive down.

Theres not many east of the locks. Only near the bridges.

theres a restaurant thats pretty good at the entrance to the river in Ft myers. As I recall it's about a 20 mile run from Alva.

We were getting beat up in the bay a few weeks ago. I think my next boat is going to be a 24' skater or something along those lines. :D I think I'm going to need another job.

Yeah. The bay seems to glass evertime I drive my truck over the bridge but rough as hell everytime I decided to boat in it!

dont worry bout that theres a few of the guys nobody can keep up with anyways but we all go to the same place sooner or later you can catch um

Google says its 2 hrs to the ramp and priceline says its cheap to stay the night. So I get to sleep in.

oooh yea plus its pose to warm up sunday it might be just a touch cold first thing in the am but it will be nice by 10 am or so if it is below 65/70 ill just drag my feet a bit getting down there maybe grab a egg mcmuffin on the way
