New 21ft Sonic Twin Rig from New Zealand

Not much doing at work today so thought I would put some photos up of my new boat that's currently being built. May be of interest to some people to see what the other side of the world get's up to.

It's a New Zealand Designed and built 21ft Sonic, Power is coming from a pair of 300PM's, with 15in MADEFI Mids, boat will be used for social skiing and the odd bit of racing...

Boats specs are

*Length: 21”6
*Beam: 2.1m
*250ltr composite fuel tank
*100ltr ballast tank
*Ski pole
*Extended carbon steering helm
*2 front seats, 1 rear seat
*Hand-laid kevlar hull
*Composite stringers
*Speeds:
oTwin 225 Promaxs: 100mph
oPromax 300: 85mph

Only have photos of the hull and deck before they were joined but if people are interested will update the thread as it goes..

Fingers crossed should get wet for the first time before christmas...

Yes that is the old Jesse James in the background, it's for sale on OSO, that boat has had a lot of money spent on it....

People use these boats for ski racing, but I had it built for a quick social boat...

SCT not sure on props yet, the boat got put on the back burner as my busniess interest's have been consuming alot of time in the past 6 months, hope to have it finished in the next month or so, in time for our southern summer.

Will post some updated pics, looks alot different now!!
