Canvas guy by me was able to send my full 24 superboat cover out and had it cleaned and rewater proofed for a few hundred bucks came back like new well worth it . And it was bad lived under a tree for a few year before I got it .
Just a hint here from the PNW. We have gray winters, roof moss builds up. I tried all the "miracle crap", but NOTHING beats the Dollar store, "Sun Detergent with Bleach!" I use it now on everything, 10x20 tarp covers over the boats, more. Suggest not to power wash as the pressure will break up the fabric texture. Just get some "Sun with Bleach", in a bucket, and scrub it clean. That should work fine....(and when clean and dry, spray the crap out it with "ScotchGard") Crap, rain, etc simple runs off, or a hose off )
If you have or know someone with a pool, throw it in overnight. The low chlorine level will not hurt the cover but does an amazing job of clenaing the cover. That is the only way I can do the full cover on my Founain.
This is the product I use on my Sea Ray enclosure. They make a great cleaner and sealer. It's been over two years sense I resealed my enclosure and no leaks/drips yet.

i like the pool idea
hose, soft brush, and Woolite, then 303 Fabric Spray! side note: local here was treating his cover with ''an internet'' spray [apply with brush or roller] with powersprayer, got that crap in his lungs and is in critical condition, lucky to be alive, but not doing well!
Bingo...
Did this for my Paramount cover. I thought I was going to have to throw it away because it was caked with moss/mold/mildew and crud. Worked like a charm.
Power wash the cover to get the heavy crap off and toss it in and tie it off so it can't get sucked into the water intake when the filter kicks on.
Be prepared to have to rebalance the pools chemistry after. My phosphates were pretty high after the cover cleaning but after adding a bottle of the remover it was back to normal.
ok its in the pool ill let it sit for 24 hrs ill let you know the results
I would have used the neighbors pool:D
What if you or your neighbor doesn't use Clorine but Baquacil instead?? What then?
Joe I always have Amc do mine, your cover cant be all that much bigger
