Ever seen a plentum like this?

I've never seen one like this without a hole in the butterfly. I got it with a box parts. Any info would be much appreciated.

all my others had the small hole. How does yours idle?

Some 260's were that way, should have an adjustment screw to open the throtle plate for idle speed adjustment.
