In college psychology class, the prof asked each one of us to state our innermost feelings about ourselves. Girls said they felt like they were full of love, kindness etc. Some said they felt intelligent. Some guys said they felt powerful/strong. I answered that I felt I really didn't give a damn....Everyone laughed at my answer...The prof didn't.... He looked me square in the eye and said that I would always be happy with my life....And then winked at me. As kind of an acknowledgement. As he continued on with the lecture he mentioned the others could easily let themselves down by not meeting their self expectations. I see others with my same perception of life.
