I would like to recognize the small time mechanic (like myself back in the day) who only had a tool box, and not a Rolling Tool Cabinet. Most of them, like me, bought quality tools like craftsman, which were more affordable.
And we never bought tools off the Snap-On Truck, but we nevertheless looked at them.
And later, I also admired the Ingersoll Rand tools. I went to their East LA manufacturing facility, and I saw ratchets with handles at least 2 feet long. The plant is no longer there, but they did quality work.
