Was able to watch it now, Looks like it could go up but you are much further back than mine due to the notch in the hull.
Is that go-pro?

he felt that the motor was never going to get to a height were the side pick ups would not come into play, so far he was right I raised the motor from that height and it slid right, boy hold on if that skeg pops out and enters at the wrong angle "See Ya"

Looks to be good height wise but it doesn't look like you're using much trim at all

I know theres too much set back, with 125lbs in the nose I should be able to trim it to the moon, Im going to try a diffrent angle it could be a delusion:cool:
Keith Trimed out had a good idea mount the camera center on the transom directly in front of the case

Yeah that is crazy. Have you thought about losing the setback and just going with the jackplate?

what Im going to see is if I take the slide plate off were would I end up height wize, that would be perfect bolted right on Ill get rid of about 5"

I see some things while its running I want to see if anyone sees the same thing I do

That would be the easiest starting point for sure.

You werent running much trim at all but my boat is probably double the weight of yours, Stainless marine makes a 6" setback box that might put you in the right range.
Boat is built light would hate to see weight added to it (kinda defeats the purpose?)

Im not going to add weight in the final setup, im going to redistribute what I have Im going to move the battery forward, by doing so I will take 50lbs out of the butt
