This is Mercury Lake X, factory driver Roy Ridgell and navigator, in the early 1960's driving a bathtub.:) I am glad that day, that the sea-god was kind to Dad, with small waves to race on. Roy's youngest daughter is named Terri Ann.
My mistake Roy--The 'yellow boat' and number made me think of Wayne Vicker---
