The UIM motor tech specs do NOT represent current racing specs made by any manufacturer. They are custom built one-offs made by the race teams. Merit Stromeroy is the only participant trying to make use of the new Mercury APX V8 race unit. I have no idea where these teams are getting their parts from but it is NOT from Mercury Racing.
