Since HydroStream was a "semi-custom" builder, it is difficult to say what was "stock" and what was not.
In the HydroStream brochures, the Vamp was never shown with that particular windshield. It was shown with two different windshields...the low, smoked frameless Lexan ones, and the very high, glass, framed (UGLY) rounded-frame units that are very seldom seen on a Vamp (but they were sold as an option). The squared-off unit seen on this boat may have been offered to the buyer as "original equipment" when it was sold, or added after, or who knows. But, it was never shown as such in the brochures, nor was it mentioned on the price sheets as an option.

Upon closer inspection, this windshield seems to be the same as the one installed as standard equipment on the Voyager models from 1983-on. It may have been adapted to fit this Vamp, or it may have been offered (as noted above) as an option when the boat was originally sold. Either way, it's unique...I have never seen a Vamp with this windshield installed.

Thanks!
You ever seen a windshield like this on a Vamp?
Upon review of these photos, you all clearly need somebody to pilot your boats so you can see live in action how they look/sound from other onlookers. Since I seem to be available for this duty, I'll go ahead and volunteer my time to do this for you guys. ;)
