turn up the rim, Turn to a tho, turn the tyre groove, snug fit the Alloy Bslance all on assembly, make and fit tyre!
REPEAT ANOTHER FOUR TIMES. NOW YOU HAVE ONE SET OF ROLLER WHEELS!
