I kind'a like that door because it had the handle to remove the cowl while standing over the motor, also to access the oil dip-stick

But this new design has pluses also

Looks good.... Now if we just had a option of a 15" or 16" mid section that would lower the height of the 300r down to the same height or less of the 20" 300xs

They come out with a 15in I will buy one.
