i am trying to get Parkinson on S&Fwith his own thread—— I have never seen so many race reports in one place.
The races at Rio De Janeiro and Darling harbour —- Beruit—- that got away.
I was with him looking at pictures and documents for three hours until the camera ran dry.
Boy, was that ever an experience—— back home Sunday night—- pictures start then.

File upon file of powerboat history——- immaculately kept—— each race in its own see through plastic folder. Each year neatly bound as part of a volume, that’s Parkinson.
Almost all the pictures you will see over the next few weeks were taken by Brian Dewey “DEWDROP” to his friends. Great photographer and all round very nice lad, with an equally nice wife “MARGE”.
Hoping Jeanne Bowen will teach me how to post pictures on scream and fly, I can do the little one at a time phoggies—- but have yet to master the craft like FUJI and Peters and the other clever buggers on the site———- still down in deepest Dorset, but will be home tonight.
Hope you enjoy these Pilgrim——- asked him about the local Singapore clubs —- was told he would have to look them up as it was over thirty years since it all happened.
