Euro's are fine boats, and should be considered for what he wants as should an Allison GS etc

I think that's a great choice. I had a 23 outlaw and loved it. Wasn't as fast as yours but still a well rounded boat with the cabin. Mine had the 6.2 320 hp. Taller deck too with the drop down bolster seats witch is a little different than the H2X. Handled the rough water like a dream.Quote:

There are times i wish I had more room for sure! I boat so much though im buy self alot so the GS is perfect solo or Tandem. With the 2 kids growing up with her was just fine for what we do skiing and tubing. But since the Wake boat craze on busy days not as much fun when you find less room to open her up.
My idea of a family boat is one that there is enough room in the boat for 3-4 people to move around enough to enjoy themselves without just having to sit there cramped in the whole time as well as not beat the crap out of mom and grandma when they want a boat ride. Room for coolers and people is ideal. Something that doesn't scare most people too. Lets face it,most women don't like the go fast type boat but they put up with them because they know its part of the deal :D
