Get some video Cody! After break-in, what kind of rpm's/mph you expecting to get?
thanks guys..... this rebuild has been a pain in my a$$!! I've learned a ton... but if course the hard way. seems like I'm doing everything 5 times to get it right.
in the end of be happy with 7200-7500 running a touch above 90. that's with the 2:1 gears I have. if I ever quit throwing money at this powerhead I could pick me up a 1.87 case.
Well, all I can say is the last few days have been simply amazing. Our most recent power tour is the most epic event in the history of the HydroStream Owners Group. This one was Power Tour with PIP. Yes, Howard joined us for the day. We hit the river and the beach and spent the day socializing with Howard and his PR man, Dick. I am sure everyone wll have stories to tell. Howard was gracious enough to spend time with everyone and everyone had some "Howard time." We laughed, we had fun, we learned a lot.
Also, for me, it was an extra special day. We got the Duke back in a Stream again to hear the Purr and Bark of a special old crossflow. He enjoyed the day with all of us as well. It was great to see that old smile again
Thank you Howard, Dick, and Duke for making our day great. And thank you Bill, Chris and Chad for helping me get this thing started 5 years ago. What a fitting tribute for our 5 year anniversary together.

This was my first Hydrostream Power Tour event and I cannot express my thanks enough to Mark and Dano and everyone who put the event together. Thank you all! I can't wait to run with all of you again next time there is an event. I got some great pictures, but because I was first in the Lock, this one gets all the boats except mine. Nice to meet everyone. Bill
I have meet some of the Power tour members this year thru a Vegas project I have going and last weekend I meet more of them at Lake Koshkonong. Everyone I have meet has been great and been helpful and supported of my project. This is the event that hurt the most to miss, but I am confident my boat will be completed for next year and I am looking forward to meeting more of you. A special Thanks to Mark for making the Power Tour happen and Josh and Brian for all of the help and encouragement on the Vegas.
Just got home. Totally worth the 4hr trip. One of the best Power tour stops to date. Good to see everyone again & Jade & I would like to thank everyone for making it a great trip for us. Meeting Howard & Dick will be something I will remember for the rest of my life.
I hope pip can make to another power tour. I'd like to bore him with a few questions myself. Really wish I could have made it to this one.
EPIC.
Im home, fried, and completely at Awww of what went on this weekend.
It has been such an Incredible honor to spend time with Dick and Howard.
This is going to take a while to process it all.
Thank you DanO, Ripper, Mark&Jana, pips pr director Dick and of course Howard for making this the most Epic weekend of my boating career.
Both Dick and Pip were very cool. They took the time to talk to each of us and were very enjoyable. We talked, laughed, told stories and even a few jokes. What a great day. A sincere thanks to both of them for spending the day with us.
