What do those boats run with a 300xs?
With all that gear probably mid 90s. No one runs their Stroker with this much wind resistance so it's all new. Stroker guys like cable steer trollers and this is a big electric steer with a lot more drag. Then the few that have poles are the power poles not talons which are "bigger". Connor ran 99.7 with a full DBR 300xs with twin power pole blades, that's the closest combo.
This boat has a lot more, it was the first time out for me. Kurt drove it to 102 with the same setup and said there was more. So basically it already faster than a DBR 300xs Stroker that has less drag. I think there's a solid 106-108 loaded in it. Once we pull all the drag off there will be more.
Good info, speaking of drag, that thing needs a short shaft
Yes it does, already noticed that it needs to be run higher than a normal 300x/xs due to the big case generating more lift. Lots of learning going on.
