I don't have the correct answer but 1979 I took my yellow 1974 UIM SE class Clerici my brother Lennart now owned and modified the circuit cat to be legal in Scandinavian Offshore racing. The cockpit was modified to meet the E class and fit with a seat for the co-pilot.
The European E class championship race was in Mälaren, Sweden that year. A lake like Lake of the Ozarks.
Asked my friend Anders Fällman to be my co-pilot, he was skinny like me..We where by far the fastest E boats..(most E-boats was V-hulls at that time)..sadly my engine overheated at the end of the race way ahead of the pack so we did not finish..
This was in the beginning of using small cats in the Scandinavian "Offshore" E class races.
The first two pictures is my #99 UIM SE class Clerici 1974..one is from Paris 6 Hours #48
Third picture is the same boat 1979 in the Offshore E class. My brother Lennart is now driving the #98 boat and Anders Fällman co-pilot in Roslagloppet Offshore race later 1979.
