That looks like Chevron Harbor. Work as a dock boy there for the Hatteras dealer, Welch Marine - '69-'70.

I took these pics of “cat nip” another van dam creation. Pete Boden was with me on the boat taking pics for Van Dam. It was on lake charlevoix, in 2016?
