And as I knew "Muddy" from Chicago, I did a "road trip" Spring break 1975 to Daytona with one guy and 3 girls. Little did I know he was playing a small club in Cocoa Beach! Went there and talked him, and told me "sit back stage" Whats so funny as I then looked like Jim Croce with stash, curly hair, no beard, and heard the young girls "Thats Jim Croce!" When in Rome, do as the Romans do.."yep thats me"..."mostly blonds". But as already a Nam Vet, and the stupid college kids? Gotta do what ya gotta do...! HA!
