And you got it for the thrust block and junked the rest, it was in such bad shape. When Bob Walwork was done running it, Marcel put it on top of his car, he said to fish with. Then I was lucky enough to get it through Phil Young, since I took care of all his boats. Joe Anderson or George Thompson called when EC wanted us at a race. That was fine with me. I won almost every race with that boat. Blew it over twice, once with a M400 and once with a M500. This picture was taken at the Marine Stadium, first and only drag race. I was about 17-18.

They were beautiful boats. Very few ever made their way here. After I joined the Marines, Rosemary Young ran one with I think Olegator in a Six Hour race. I guess he will have to verify that.
Looks like Miami Outboard Club course. The only time I ever raced there was the Around Miami Beach race. They quit using that venue when the Marine Stadium was opened.
