Yes, dr hook, bread, redbone, hamilton joe frank and reynolds, anything like that...its right up my alley.. my dads the one thats got my hooked on it and now its my stuff, 50's like ritchie valens, and 60's with the righteous brothers and four seasons, i love it all really!
Yep, my dad, was a radio repairman, and when the TV came out, fixed those to. Born 1901. He had STACKS, old 78's, the "Big Bands", "Polka" the old first to show, "Country songs"..(Damn, what that old rip, "hobo's .."Something, something. I aint got no cigarettes"..I'll find it), .., and my older bro, by 10 years, I was born 1950, brother grew up in the 50's, "Do Wop, Elvis, Jerry lee, Chuck Berry, etc! Had stacks of old 45's! Sorry to say, all are gone now. stupid move..somewhere in a dump now.
