Come'ON here,..DO WE NOT LIVE FOR "GIRLS, FAST BOATS, SANDY BEACHES, AND A HOT SUN?..THEN LATER, beach fires, pass out, go home sooner or later!"..(out of alcohol, and gas!)
Plus here western WA, Olympic peninsula ocean beach's, are most ALL drivable! Also designated as "roads, WSDOT", if a major earthquake destroys the roads..and 20 mph speed..(ya, like a bunch of cops on rader out there?..."NONE"...) From me, 50 miles west to the real ocean .."Ocean Shores". I road that beach north in my old Chevy van, 30 some miles, before a tree got in my way, AND, the tide was coming in, GET BACK!
Worlds longest drivable beach? NOT Daytona, its us here, "Long Beach WA":thumbsup:
But, no over night camping the beaches here."except 4th July", THEN, park it the sand, do the fire wood pit, get a good fire going, wait for the sun to go over the horizon into the ocean. "Then"? (HA!)..a firefight back in Nam, was a less scary, than the free for all, that goes on HOURS!;):D:thumbsup:
Pic me at "Da beach", on the way for a 10 day M/C ride, SoCal, coast down, back the other side the "bumps", the high desert country..(GREAT RIDE!) Second is crossing the, soon, "Astoria bridge"..Look way the left, the rise, for ships coming in. And YES, its the Columbia River, into the ocean, also where the CG, do training by "Buoy 12"..I think, as its some MEAN rough water there...ocean tides coming in, half the US watershed, going out!
