Put the lower on yesterday took the boat all the way down to the tiki and back up. Can't wait for this run. Ill be staying on Tavernier Creek oceanside and running North in the AM to meet everyone. If anyone else is doing the same let me know and well ride up in a group.
We will be down Friday and probably head right out of PenneKamp to the reefs for some snorkeling and maybe some fishing if anyone wants to join us. Probably launch right at PenneKamp park.
Friday night we will be booze cruising around Blackwater Sound. Snooks, Big Chill, etc.
Saturday is the sandbar and Saturday night maybe more cruising.
Sunday....FISH!

You Can Try The Kon-Tiki But, They Were Mostly Booked. Also Try The Ragged Edge, And La-Siesta. All Of Them Have Decent Ramps But, This Is The Start Of The Early Dolphin Run So, Rooms Are At A Premium!!Quote:

I think were leaving from the cc but the guys that stay at Gilberts will run to the cc then we make a short stop where american outdoor use to be at then south not so sure we should confirm and set this up nice so we can all go down at the same time
If you guys get a room at Islamorada, then you won't be running much with the group. We are starting in Key Largo and running down to Islamorada. If you want to get some seat time in, stay somewhere in Key Largo (gilberts, etc) and run down to Key Largo with us. Otherwise, you'll most likely get up on plane and get back off plane in less than 5 minutes. I think the most fun about this run is going thru the mangroves and stuff then opening it up thru the bigger open areas. Caribbean club is mile marker 104 and Tiki Bar/PostCard Inn/Holiday Isle (In Islamorada, which is where we are running to) is mile marker 84. As you go south, they get lower. Hopefully this helps eliminate any confusion for anybody who might not be familiar with the area.

i just put in 8 7.7" with a jl 800 8 channel amp & 2 10" subs with a fusion 700i radio in the boat sounds amazing can't go wrong with jl !!!!
