I'd split a pan for a Klondike bar. Sounds like a great idea. Pics please? ...

Maybe put a zipper on my lower unit to swap gears and clutch dog on the beach for a better ratio than all I would need is just one prop ?
That sure would be nice on my laser in fact someone already cut the transom. Does this mean a bunch of v4 fans:eek:
Yeah I guess were v-4 fans [were out there] I can get a v-4 to spank a stock 150-175 merc im a fan BUT im also a fan of v-6 mercs too.
forgot to mention the shift shaft hole in the can I made slots so I can tack weld the lower plate mount to the steering arm.
sst 120 style trim NO TILT must use 5-6 inch set back jack plate, merc outboard trim ram merc or mercruiser trim pump, boat mount for trim ram has 4 positions equals 4 inches of adjustment.Had to cut off about an inch off trim ram mount cause its off set now fits the stock swivel mount perfect, also had to make a bushing to fit the ram size to the swivel bracket size so there you go make your own GOOD LUCK hahahaha but way doable.
That's a lot of work to do in one day !
read the whole thread I made it first than posted it,if I could make it in one day I would have 50 for sale.
Looks cool to me!!! What hull? You molding in an epoxy torque tab or what?
You talking about the lower unit t-tab its already done had to tell in the pic.
Also note the newer can has no exhaust relief holes.
And a home made solid upper mount.
Although the mig gets the job done one of these days going to buy a tig welder.
