For sure, I lived in West Michigan for 35 years and have been on that lake when I should not have been more then once. I remember the Don Q 32 skater that needed to be recovered at the Saugatuck race along with several drive and engine failures back then. I lost 3 friends that were crossing from Grand Haven to Chicago "never found any of them or the 32 foot pacemaker that they were in".Quote:
