mn808gade-not sure how to take your comment, but no-I am way taller than a long shaft 1500XS ( My favorite). I probably know some of the people on here but no one uses there real name so I guess I will try to figure it out.

olboatman-thanks a lot. I will have to find my way around this forum but I do have a few pictures of the OPC days if I can learn how to post them.

Didn't the very first Speedmasters have a coupler for a drive shaft like the Sportmaster?

No, the Speedmasters always had a regular shaft. Only the 61 Sportmaster and BP used the rubber bushing driveshaft.

Wasn't this motor a 30ci two cyl? Seems to me I recall a few running in C class. C class never caught on though.
