I like this one, and the intro Merle, is spot on....(and I aint no C+W fan, but some hit home...still love any type music..(but rap crap!)

Dunno if we did Chris Issac, but heres comes a bunch...first heard of him, I was on a cross country ride, Illinois/West coast, and back...on the return, meet some friends in Sturgis..92/3?.. way back, and we are camped out with a billion bikers, Glencoe. Morning, in the tent, I wake up to this tune, blasting out the tent next to me! Seems the first time heard, and it came from my friends tent, as his wife was a lover, the music...(bet they were doing a morning quickie too, too many groans out the tent!!!). Anyway, Billy was an old friend, dated his 3 sisters,. and had 2 others crazy brothers too! Plus, I ended up working with his dad, later years! Anyway, Billys first wife, soon after marriage, she got terminal cancer, and left him in his 20's, with 2 young kids. It was real hard on him, and a better friend, not known..a good listener, as he was real depressed, and in the dumps. But his life got terribly worse. Some where 90's, a tornado hit his house, rebuild able, but major damage.
Later, few years, like said ..we meet up in Sturgis, the bike rally. We took a damn good day long ride, through the Black Hills, did a good 300 mile day, just out "puttin"!
Laughing youth, eating good food, get a good ride in the damn rain...just a great day, on bikes with a good friend.
Well, he was killed on that bike, 6 months later, back Illinois. And not his fault, as a cage turned in front him...so, RIP here "Billy Boy"...and I will never forget ya!:thumbsup:..(ya be one of those Angels, that look over me for some reason....;)
