Another nice old silver trophy from the 1850/s, Another of my treasure trail trophies from the "recycling facility. Will make a good trophy for the men's longest drive?

Uncovered a solid gold 12" high magnificent urn reputed to have come out of Tutenkamuns tomboy from the incas! Whichever way you look at it it "is supercarafragicalyfantasmorgorical" piece of kit-------ideal for a man of the match trophy methinks----------OK, so I lie a little--------wait until I've polished it tomorrow -------then I'll show you the goodies.

The LMBRC 60th anniversary reunion was a resounding success although many of the old members were noticeable by their absence------jack Moore ----Tony Williams----Tiff Needell ----Graham Burton etc.! Plus, a ridiculous amount of them have simply upped and passed on, ------deceased------dead-----kaput------rolled over-----turned up their toes------popped their clogs, whatever you like to call it------they is no more !!!
amazing how old they all are today-------I must be the only one who never changed !

Will try and finish filling one of my suitcases with concepts this week--------did my usual thing and now have four different efforts on the go at once. If I get a mental block ( which is quite often ) then I move on until I can find a way round it, and start another idea rolling.
Which is the signal for me to get my arse out from under the sheets and greet another day-------don't you just loathe dark mornings and cold weather?

I have no idea whether this collection is all or any part of the Como workshop of Renato or Angelo-----there are some expensive bits of kit included in that little lot------Cadillac sent it to Mark, Mark sent it to me.
There are a couple of experimental Molinari's included in that little lot--------should put pasta on the table for a week or two.

Old box box I found at the car boot a while back--------just stuck it on eBay, has to be worth a tenner!
Cleaned and polished it-------inlaid silver over rosewood.
I have to stop buying useless things that nobody wants. Detracts from the everyday things I have to do.

Got stuck into the "Queen Vic" concept--------was unsuccessful --------Madam was not impressed either with the colour, or the sails, she thought the boat was Quite nice, ?????? Sheds going to get filled up pretty damn soon at this rate--------second and third efforts are already well under way. Both are far removed from the original--------but then again, all I was doing was following the concept of an original idea from totally different materials. Plus, I fell into the "Paint" trap again, after vowing never to dabble with the stuff again! Let's see how the day progresses!

Well i I thought the thing was coming together quite nicely, her indoors did not. Different strokes and all that. Upshot of all this------numbers two and three are well on the way to recovery !!!
Up to my fetlocks in snot and sails---------rags and sticks, you want some , I got em like spots on the bottom, green ones and red ones, gold ones and steel ones.

Made us us the sloop John Dee-----out of an old ash tree--------with sails of gold, 'twas a sight to behold------when told at at my grand ads knee.
Same gold sails as Jason had for the Argonauts

King Tuts golden urn is pure 24 turnip gold-------seems like I went to a heap of trouble, travelling to Egypt and all, just to raise a pot for the longest drive.

Still got one pipe and two gear cases to finish for triple trouble.
Fitted all five sails onto the sloop JohnDee-------lots of finishing to do------and a spinnaker.
Can't see the kitchen goddess liking number two any more than number one, when she doesn't like something, heels are dug in-------immovable-------she would make any tug o war team a great anchor!

i have a lot of loose ends to tie up before I leave-------Ted Boyds REDBIRD is far too tall to travel in one piece------the big Raveu has a stand that weighs over ten pounds---------far too much for suitcase travel. Don't doubt some stuff simply won't make the trip.
I did keep "Lil Red" on its custom made trailer, bubble wrapped and duct taped together.
Got another tilting trailer for the all metal four pointer, winged, Puey------that thing should get "Best in show" award.
