60's best time my life! Born 1950, did road trips RT 66 parents from Illinois to see my Uncle/Aunt in SoCal, (Uncle was one the founders Long Beach Races!) old radials (DC3, triple tail Connies if dad felt like low and slow sight seeing from above. Hated the first 707 as "whats the rush?". The the best music, (can NOT believe Stones still at it!), drugs, muscle cars as bikes, the war etc. Never be days like that again. Glad I lived it!

One more..
Lotta mems in that! Remember when in SoCal, the Hula Hoop came out. Came back Illinois and star of the alley as didn't roll out nationwide for two weeks! Of course later it was cut in half, straightened out, slit for sliding a M-80 in and taped up. Ass end shoved in the dirt, add marble..light, and another window goes!

S&H Green Stamps. One of my memories from childhood was going there with my mom to get a toy, all metal, cement mixer truck.
