Hi Cadillac just to let you know I still wear some of your Indiantown tea shirts you had made for the OFF event at your place and they are still going strong.Quote:
That nice to hear. I tried to get the best quality possible. And then I hand drew the words. Looked for a casual fun feeling, like the event. Send me a photo of you wearing one. I'd love to start collecting them. Saluti, Cadillac

Troybell? You still out there?
Well, I am obviously late to the party. Thanks so much for this captivating thread. I lost most of the day reading this, now I have to work late. Totally worth it. This Viper alone made it all worth while. The only thing better than this photo might be the story about the Barron nut.
Gary - This is what you need to do with the red Viper I sold you. You can run that OMC on lots of other stuff. ;)
WOW:o After I bought the boat the first thing my friend Bud said was "too bad your puttin a OMC on it" now Darrel you are on me too! Al kidden aside I ONLY had mercs ( a 200 2.4 on my Grady Cuddy in my driveway still)and a 84 115 merc on my dive boat plus countless 50s mark motors when I was young. Lately when I bought a Carson CVX17 with a 140 OMC I was very impressed with the performance. The 140 goin on the Viper produces a LOT more hp than stock and only weights about 265 lbs.;) Couldn't walk away from that as I really have wanted a "hot rod". But then again if I saw an XS ya never know! BTW I may have found a 40hp 15" Tiller Merc for my 11' SLT inflatable....look out 200 hp PWCs!!!! :p:D Gary
