Who can balance a flywheel for me.

Maybe just buy a new Ox flywheel? Buckshot sells them for 600 bucks iirc

I kind of like the cone centering idea. Takes the splines or taper out of the equation. Only machine I can think of with a small enough arbor to fit thru the hole is for a motorcycle axle / wheel.
Might check with some of the bike shops that do a lot of custom wheels, Harley's .. etc.

my 29$ static balancer arrived [thanks to ski]. its heavy still in the box. no wd 40, only silicone' ill report back
