OK will do, first I gotta find out if i can use stock etec butterflys (doubt they flow enough for a drag engine) but that would be the cheapest easiest. Im trying to avoid a slide cause its like an on off switch.

Man hers alot of cool omc on this thread! Theirs something to be said about all the custom work that is put in to these fishing motors to turn then in to race ready merc killers, every motors uniquely different with paint and degrees of work that have went in to them. Parts might be a little harder to find amount of work might be a little greater but that’s apart of what makes these motors so great!
This is my 2.7 started the build last winter the motor was full of rust due to sitting way to long, so it was a full out rebuild with a bit of die grinding and cutting well i was in there. Well i had time to kill before spring i decided to have some fun and make an exhaust can for sh!ts and giggles.
This winter she is coming back apart and will be making fuel rail, relocating some parts and a massive clean up of electronics,hoses and wiring to make room for a nitrox system
i wouldent trade in my omc for anything...
