The funny thing about the Keystone pipeline is that American's thought it was to get more cheap Canadian oil to the refineries in the south. Canadians thought it was to get more Canadian oil to overseas markets so we could get a higher price. It was marketed differently in the two countries. Perhaps it will get built now and we will find out.
