My friend’s 1985 XP 150. Still looks like brand new. One owner, fresh water only. Never any problems or issues. Still running perfect.

HaaHaa..I can see your concern..but if I remember correct..Cees Van Der Velden damaged his new boat above in the first heat and was close to sink.. Pretty sure all does people was helping out to get the first boat built by Velden out of the water without more damage. The race organization gave Cees the permission to bring the boat out of the pit so Chris Hodges could repair the boat overnight.Quote:

Our plan is to leave by car for Lake Havasu City/Racers Reunion a week from today.
We have been to Lake Havasu many times before. Both sides of the Colorado River. On the California side we stayed with the Wendt Brothers on their river front house with our motor-home.
Not sure if they still have the river house.??
On the AZ side we stayed at a very dusty campground just south of the city.
The Seebold's told me around 150 people are coming for the Racers Reunion..its going the be lots fun to found out who is going to be there.
I heard yesterday a few former drivers are coming from north of the boarder.
