I have an 1986 gt 200 still running great , What is the big difference with the normal 200 and the gt 200 model. i think it has about 500 hours on it

Finaly got the engine finished and back on this weekend.... I have to say the Yami ignition is the best investment (so far) we have done..
I have paint stripped the complete engine, had it hydroblasted then clearcoated. Still have some finishing touches though this is it so far..

I'm pretty in the dark on mods/upgrades etc. on these since I was researching the crap out of Mercs. If anybody wants to shoot me some links so I can do some reading up on 'em it'd be great. It's going to the machine shop for a sleeve and I'll be shaving the heads (input on how much would be good for pump gas) but other than that stock for now. :D
