Old Blue has moved on to a new home. We will probably see more about it in the future
Way back in this thread some of us offered our services in restoring her. I for one offered my Powdercoating and ceramic coating services. my offer still stands.

What do you want to know ? Old Blue is standing up proud on her own stand exactly as it was when we acquired her----no, I do not know why it's a female.

This has been the most hectic year of my life so far, seem to be packing eleveteen working hours into every one of the eight days a week trying to catch the rainbow! Not sure what the next project is-----"Old Blue" or "The Cosworth" but rest assured, I'm getting there!

It does not need to be coated, it is a prototype, the last thing Mercury worried about was how it looked in prototype stage.
