i have already run mine a bit on the high side to get the air under it and then have trimmed down a tad once thru the hop.

I've driven several stv's and none of mine hopped but it may have been because they were all pretty light. If it hops under power its just askin for a little more trim. Seat time will be best thing to figure out what it likes.... for cruisin I always ran more trim than if I was runnin wide open. I like the indicators but nothin beats seat time and learnin your rig. Good luck.
alot of very Intresting good info to truly understand Do a little at a time It's not that hard.
You can do it:thumbsup:
No , Even without , NITROX. If your excelarating through, the area , where the boat , tends to hop . It will go right though it , and you will never notice it .
DO NOT PLAY WITH NOS , Till You Know Your Boat , and All It's Quirks !!!
Hey Dixon , You Aint Never Been Slow Enough , To make One Hop !!! :D
Rich Martin 018:cool:
I agree with Rich if your boat will double the 70mph hop you probably dont notice it:thumbsup:
Thanks Rich. Had one hop upside down...lol
My STV did the same thing from about 70 to 75. It was worse if the trim was to high. Tapping the down button helped to minimize it, but just powering through it helped the best.
