I was looking at your picture and thought that's what you had. I'm still using the factory merc regulator instead of a nicer one like yours.

I'm with ya now....yes that's how mine is done....works for me
Thanks... not sure on brand name of hose...buddy of mine has shop that uses it....1 peice soft rubber hose with liner ....ethanol safe....have to be careful and not roll liner up pushing it on barb
Clamps are efi hose clamps from orieleys....on push to lock fittings (used to run push to lock hose till it come apart)
I use a blue push loc hose from Jegs that looks just like that in my boat and on motor. It has a high pressure rating and resistant to all fuels including ethanol. You can also get it in different colors.

fixed it for ya.
bumping this because of an issue I ran into if anyone else finds this searching, make sure you buy the fuel resistant blue push loc hose, I got some of the wrong type by accident from jegs and it sent junk all into my carbs from the hose coming apart with fuel!!!!
That stinks! So you found your problem? Which brand hose was it you used? I used the one made by Russell with no problems yet. It was supposed the be for alcohol so I figured it would be good for any fuel.

This is hose I use only found it at summit, couldn't find it on Jegs for some reason. Hope that ain't a bad sign
Get a hold of "hoser" on here....he sells the correct blue push to lock hose rated for efi and ethanol
The hose I used is not push to lock.
I previously used earls push to lock from summit or jegs and it come apart
Comes up on Jeg's with twist-lok name: http://www.jegs.com/p/Russell/Russel...47170/10002/-1
