Bob's Machine or somebody please build this.

Yes it is a 25' Motion . I wanted one since I was a kid growing up in S. Miami . When the opportunity arose to buy one , I sold my 21' Superboat and bought it.
With 3.0L motor's set back 6" and everything other that the shifters and steering wheel crammed under the back seat , it was the biggest POS to drive . I hated it and wanted my Superboat back . With the help of some really good people , I got a better set of props , moved some weight around inside , made 15's out of the mid sections and then moved the motors forward 4" , and it became a whole different boat .
What helped , what hurt , I can't say because I did it all at once . But I would have to think that any cat that bounces around and lopes at a steady cruise speed needs some weight moved forward .

Since we are guessing. My guess is a Bob's with a piece of 2" aluminum angle (turned in) used in lieu of the Bob's inner angle. Odd thing is those bolt heads didn't have to line up that close. Could have used different mounting holes on the OB.

I have a plate like this on my Varmint. Unsure of setback but probably 2" or less. The cylinders are Ingersoll Rand "pneumatic" actuators. Trim pump in the boat runs it. It is unmarked, and possibly fabricated as the original owner owns a small foundry and made a Bob's stlye cav plate and transom saver in-house. I found the cylinders online and seems like they were almost $400 a pop!

That was my exact thought!
The Bob's outside slotted L's, home made new smaller inside inner L's, redrilled or new drilling, use carriage bolts in the slot instead of hex heads and anodized not hard to fabricate.
Funny how the adjustments are mounted upside down, never seen that.
If the adjustment blocks are hexagon not square it's a Bob's copy that sells on Ebay.

I personally modified mine, made new blocks and adjustment hardware for the center 2 to adjust and function as one.
Easy enough to duplicate that setup with very little effort if someone is in need and could not find one.

Its not a Bobs. Yes I mounted it upside down because I needed to drop my motor a half inch and coudnt without the jackplate.

It is a stock jackplate that was made in the 90's by THT or CMC I believe.

Okay I did some searching and found my original post from 2010 when I bought that jackplate. It was made by TH Marine around 1995 and they no longer even have the plans for itl\.

Here are some pics of it when new before I had it anodized.

It almost looks like you would be able to swap the left & right moveable plates on their standard "hi-jacker" and get the same result?

i have the same one or at least that set back it was custom made for the green hydro that won all the lucas races out west and now its on ole red picked up 8 mph on the cruise speed going from a 6 to a 2.5
