O k Ghost stopped by and helped me weigh the back seat, it came in at 75lbs, the bottom and sides are 1/2"plywwood thats were the weight is, so 135Lbs in interior weight, if I redesign them i know I good remove close to 90lbs, maybe theres a reason why he made them that way, but with todays materials why would he ? except to kept the production costs down......???

So you are going to take the fantastic looking Tuff/McKnight seating (which is probably comfortable as hell) and redesign it so that you can save 90lbs and gain 1mph in top speed? I'd move that work effort to the very bottom of the priority list.Quote:
