Interesting uh? These big powerful outboards are pushing 'pleasure' boats as fast as tunnel boats with APX engines. The tunnel hull had a long run starting in 1966. Now it's back to 1965!
Easy enough. Download the image from the this website and send it to a Costco photo center and they can print a poster for you.
In a nutshell, unless they can seriously reduce the size and weight of these four stroke engines, the true tunnel is not top dog now. That is why the tunnel hull never was a success in the pleasure boat world. If they can't stay light and nimble they are disadvantaged.
