I don't think it would float!
:iagree::iagree::iagree::iagree::iagree: listen to beefkid hes knows what hes talkin about:p:D
I don't think you guys have any clue how light this boat is. The deck is as thin as a plastic water bottle. It would sink with a V8 and a Looper V6 weighs more than the boat does....
OK just so my foggy brain is up to speed, was this Dukes Vector?
Sure was.!:thumbsup:
a v6 looper would be fine on that comp, it doesnt weigh any more then that pos hyd plate and the 20in crossflow ;)
it might whoop some ass if its not a weight game, if it had to make weight it would be a different story :eek:
everyone that says they are too heavy have never done it :rolleyes:
loopers 450 a flow is 400 with that plate/pump its close. If you put a looper on a diet you can shed 30-40lbs fairly easily. A barsh cowling and non fast track will get it down more :D
the way things are looking theres gonna be one with a looper on it next to my house :D
:iagree::iagree::rolleyes::rolleyes::D and its gonna have a nice motor that kinda looks like this on

:eek::eek::leaving:
I know OMC said 450 but they were heaver than that when actually weighted with a scale... Some where there is a B&WB magazine at my house where JTjr did actual weights of motors with calibrated equipment and found what the manufactures were a little optimistic on the weights they published.
I weighed my Looper 4 at Bakers in 2003 with the same scale they weighed the boats with and it was 417lbs...:rolleyes:
