Got 2 YZ's. both old 06 2 smoke bikes. 125 and 250 cc They have power valves and it makes a BIG difference in the way they run. I pity the fool that has a new 250 4 stroke that tries to run with the 250 Yz 2 smoke.
Bought em new I think the 125 was 2850 bucks and the 250 was 3800 bucks. With helmets and gloves thrown in on the deal. :D
They run open class 4-stroke's in the 250 class .. Sounds fair to me ... LMAO
Bill Baxter has over 300 dyno pulls on his "tringle" .. :smiletest:

Chaz you said they made an error and then corrected it. What was the error and what did they do to correct it?
Is yamaha making an error running the max cc’s allowed for that engine by the rule books?
I’m watching.
Good , then I trust you saw that no pictures were posted in both post's #2569 and #2571
Instead , just trying harder to weasel me into arguing about some ancillary non fact.
Chaz = keeping with the spirit of the thread ... postin a pit-cher ..

Since we're nitpicking, technically you didn't post a picture in #2570 either...
Here you are using a picture thread to throw accusations at me and and bash 4-strokes (par for the course with you) after getting triggered by a picture of a port. See posts 2553, 2567, and 2570 for examples. Then you accuse me of trying to weasel you into an argument? Pot, meet kettle.
"Non fact" is correct. You said that Yamaha saw the error in their ways and posted a link to a 2021 2-stroke dirt bike. So either you were ignorant to the fact that they didn't stop making 2-stroke bikes, or you were mis-leading folks into thinking they did stop, "saw the error in their ways", and re-started. So which is it: ignorance or dishonesty?
