these are BRP motors, not OMC motors.............we'll have a diamond type ported powerhead complete with light crank........light rods.........light pistons with single rings........titanium flywheel.....worked ex chest.....200 lbs compression...........12 inch mid.........small gearcase............etc...etc eventually.....right now... we'll use mild porting.........all production Etec parts.......stock ex chest....stock tuner......prod cut mid and stock gearcase with nosecone for now.........that motor at three lakes was just a high compression 3.4(135 psi:eek:).........maybe the drag version will be on the boat for TN.....other than porting.........its production....we're keepin it as green as we can......we'll see where it goes from there...development takes time...we got a few years to catch up to merc development time...........I also talked to Mullins bout Jasons boat .... stock "SKI" boat my ass...........damn u had me typin bad today......

A V8 Etec??????:rolleyes: smoke.............all two strokes have some............oil doesnt affect emissions the way you are assuming..............but, i'm sure ur up on emmissions ratings to even attempt to make that comment..stay on the topic at hand here...and what does a bootleg merc tune have to do with this thread?????
