When I look at the signed publicity photo of Betty Cook, I then think of ... there should be many others contributing to the Mercury fraternity of signed photos.
Like as ... Billy Seebold, Freddy K, Gene L, Jackie W, Odell L, Renato M, and others.
If my late Dad, was still with us, I would have him sign one of his Merc photos (like of one of these pictures).

Worked for that guy on the left, back around '69 - '70. Skyway was a neat place to work, a lot of cool boats came through there!

Yup, that would be the man. Knew him from when Skyway rigged our new VKing.23' with a Mercruiser 1 140 hp IO. Lower unit on that thing didn't like skiers, went through 3 lowers before my dad had Dave repower it with a black 165 hp set up. Boat was built right up the river from Skyway, small shop right where 79th St. crossed the river.
