Francesco Musti and Emanuela Procaccini raced last weekend in Italy with a Soffio RIB powered by 2 X Evinrude E-TEC 300 G2.
Finished second after a RIB with inboards.

24 Hours of Rouen 2018.
Well..much safer boats, much more horsepower and modern everything.
Yesterdays winner did 557 laps.
1975 when I raced the crazy 24 hour race in an unsafe boat, less horse power and very poor weather conditions we won with a total of 605 laps.
Yes, we was on the trailer for repair and change of gearcase/propeller.
No weather conditions temporary stopped the race..we just went on and on for 24 hours.
I guess we where much tougher back then..:):)

Hi Lasse this was the last Paris 6hr race OMC had so many 2.0 litre looper engines running maybe 8 or 10.
