my bro and I didnt get one yet but im sure its in transit because we were one of the lucky ones to be at the launch for officer flossy to meet and greet..........awesome

i think rich and i are in the clear seeing we kept out boats in the water and then took um out the next day in the AM we will see tho

Yeah he indicated that he got our information while lasering us on the lake but only the people that where at the launch are getting tickets. I don't believe him for a minute, they were taking either license plates or boat reg. numbers at the launch. This means that they couldn't properly identify boats in the water and were guessing when they got people at the launch.

Anyone who went out in a fast looking boat that day and came back when they were at the launch would no doubt be included. :icon_bs:

Darn right.... The dummy didnt even know what to do with us when we were pulling out of the water. I honestly dont think he had ever seen a High performance boat before in his life.

Reminds me of the time I recieved an excessive noise violation because I would'nt start my motor dry in the parking lot for a decible check. You all just need to show up at court at the same time, it'll get tossed.

How i see it is.
There is this lake i went boating on. Never once truely was i told about any speed on the water.Ive never seen any signs nor any postings.
This was my 3rd weekend runing this lake and yes hualing rump...Ok 50mph or less...

Then This.

I asked the cop..If i was speeding id like to see it locked in on his radar,Or laser.

And last did he not say it was his first time ever useing a laser and well he did not have a clue how to use it!

Im fighting this dog,And mabie we can start to take back this lake..:thumbsup:

lol nice! ive hit um b4 tryn to get back to the launch when its raining and 50mph winds tryn to drive 50's and cant see 10' past the bow of your boat!

We got mail! It's Nov. 5th and we now just get it??? Then to find out that the court date is in 5 days?? :icon_bs: Glad I pay taxes!!! :thumbsup:
